When the world seems to be in chaos, and disappointment and confusion abound, it’s so good to know that God loves us, and that He sent Jesus so we could follow Him through the morass and wilderness. John 10:27 says: “My sheep listen to My voice. I know them, and they follow Me.” Susie Larson writes in “Blessings for Every Day” : May God give you Spirit-eyes to see the blessings in your battles. May He givve you Spirit=ears to hear His voice above all others. May He give you a heart of faith to cling to His promises instead of your fears. May you refuse to live beneath your spiritual privilege and instead live the other worldly life He has offered you. You are so precious to Him! Rest in His promises. Cling to your loved ones, check up on people who are isolated, send cards to those you haven’t seen in a while. Try to brighten someone else’s life. That’s the way we can show God’s love to others in this difficult time.
