Jeremiah 32:17 says: “Ah, Sovereign Lord, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too hard for You.” Susie Larson writes in “Blessings for Every Day,” “May salvation spring up all around you! May you see lives changed, relationships restored, and bodies healed everywhere you turn. May your expectancy of what God can and wants to do in your midst rise exponentially. He is a star-breathing miracle -working, intimately involved God.” I have personally seen a measure of healing in my sister with her recent surgery, her COVID treatment, her hour-long ambulance ride in a severe snowstorm, in her church arranging for caring for her animals, and in the expert care she is receiving in Danbury, CT. Got is working in this situation to bring me peace of mind. Indeed, “Nothing is too hard for You, God.” I apply that to politics as well, to getting an appointment for our vaccine, and to His providence in our Covenant Group meeting today on Zoom. What is it you’re facing today? Celebrate ’21, Everyone! God’s Got This!
