I’ve enjoyed Guidepost for years, ever since my father bought subscriptions for all his employees. This month’s is particularly well done. Here’s a quote I want to remember. May it bless your day too: “If you knew shat God thought about you, you would never have another insecure moment in your life.” (Jimmy Evans, pastor). What an immense boost of confidence that should give us in these troubling times. Not only does God have sovereignty, He is very present in our walk through the morass, and He will instill confidence. I am reading Erwin W. Lutzer’s book, “We Will Not Be Silenced,” and hope to God we Christians will stand up against the cultural assaults against Christianity and indeed, against the America we are quickly losing. It’s troubling to see the categorization of Marxist takeovers in the name of progress and equality. Oh, my. Pray, brothers and sisters, knowing that God loves us and gives us the courage to speak and live for Him.
